Not just Fathers or mothers, but uncles, aunties, grandparents and extended family members are being denied contact, Why ?
More and more non-resident parents have found themselves being denied contact, denied having a say in their Child’s well-being or dictated to by the resident parent on when they can or cannot see their children. Not just Fathers or mothers, but uncles, aunties, grandparents and extended family members all over the country are being denied contact, Why ? Sometimes, ‘it’s just not what the resident parent wants’. More often than not, children are used as ‘weapons’ against the other parent and we are being deprived of our right to have a loving and lasting relationship with our children. This must stop!
Our aim is to keep writing to our MPs/Councillors, to get this into parliament for reforms and challenge the discrimination in Family, Higher and even EU courts. Please help by joining us in the fight for equal access rights for both parents, without the need of courts and massive expense. This shouldn’t be something a non-resident parent has to fight for ! The right to see our children half of the time, should be accepted IN LAW, not subject to divisive, unpleasant and expensive legal battles.
